Founder / Consultant

Megan Gregor, CMC, MLIS

Megan Gregor is the Founder and Independent Consultant of MuniRM. A Certified Municipal Clerk with more than 13 years of experience in local government, Megan has served as a Records Manager, Deputy City Clerk, and City Clerk in Washington State, as well as a consultant supporting cities across the country. Holding a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science and a Green Belt in Lean-Six-Sigma, Megan brings both technical expertise and a passion for practical, human-centered solutions. Known as the “ultimate records nerd,” she blends professionalism, collaboration, and optimism to help municipalities transform records management into a powerful tool for better governance and public trust.

Co-Founder / Consultant

Aimee Kellerman, CMC

Aimee Kellerman is a Certified Municipal Clerk and the Co-Founder and Independent Consultant at MuniRM, partnering with Megan Gregor to help local government agencies strengthen records management, build confidence, and advance transparency. Inspired by her mother-in-law, a retired City Clerk, she began her public sector career in California as a Deputy City Clerk. Following a family move to Washington State, Aimee served the City of Medina as City Clerk and as a member of the City’s Management Team, supporting effective governance and compliant operations. She brings a practical, experience-driven approach grounded in governance, compliance, and transparent local government.
