We assist organizations in building effective digital records systems by creating logical folder structures, consistent naming conventions, and meaningful metadata. Our approach ensures that each electronic record is easily accessed, properly classified, and retained according to approved schedules. While we specialize in the use of Laserfiche solutions, we are proficient in a variety of electronic records management platforms and tailor our solutions to fit each client’s specific environment.

Our team provides on-site support to help you organize, classify, and manage your physical records holdings. We guide you through inventory creation, storage optimization, and the proper disposition of outdated materials to ensure compliance and efficiency. Drawing on more than three decades of combined municipal clerk experience, we offer personalized mentoring for clerks who are new to the profession or seeking support in specific areas. We help clients make the most of their digital tools by designing efficient workflows, reinforcing best practices, and providing hands-on training. Our consultants are fluent in a wide variety of software used by clerks and record managers. Whether developing an automated process or optimizing a records management platform, we ensure technology enhances—not complicates—your daily operations.

As independent consultants with extensive local government leadership and records management experience, our approach is grounded in collaboration and partnership. We provide proven expertise and practical strategies that may require organizations to adapt or shift current practices.

 

To ensure that clients receive the greatest value from our work, we ask for openness and a willingness to engage with expert recommendations. Our goal is for every client to conclude each engagement feeling confident and equipped to sustain effective records management independently.

Our Fees

OFF-SITE FEES

Consultants will invoice Client solely for time actually worked, recorded in fifteen (15) minute increments, with no charges for any work totaling less than thirty (30) minutes in a billing period

  • $200 per hour/per consultant

WA STATE ON-SITE FEES

  • $200 per hour, per consultant (based on a 7-hour work day)

  • Actual Lodging Costs for each consultant, subject to the consultant’s discretion and client approval)

  • $75 per day, per consultant (meals and incidentals)

  • Mileage reimbursement at standard rate per diem rates for travel to and from each consultant's home location

ALL OTHER (NON-WA) ON-SITE FEES
